PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING FORWARD

If you are a parent/guardian:  Please make sure to sign up with your student's name. You may provide your email and phone numbers in the boxes and indicate whom I am chatting with in the larger box if your student will not be a part of our chat. 

If you select video chat: A zoom link will be sent to the email that was used to register prior to the meeting time. 

If you select a phone call: I will call you at the number provided at the selected time.
